The athletes must be at the warm up area, according to their fighting schedule.
The athlete only can enter in the fighing area when is called by the official.
In case of victory the athlete must return to the warm up area, and remain there till the next fight. No coaching is alowed in the fighting area.

Athletes from the following countries Brazil, France, Portugal, Japan and Canada must be affiliated with their countries national brazilian jiu jitsu federation, and must bring federation ID at the event before their fights, otherwise you will not be able to compete.

All competitors, regardless of age, are required to present a valid picture identification prior to each match.

In the case of juveniles (minors), a valid/unexpired school identification card or similar may be used as long as the DOB and your picture is on it. Persons unable to provide one of the above forms of identification will NOT be permitted to compete and there will be NO refund of tournament entry fees given.

The registration fees for the tournament are as follows:
The fee for registration in the Gi tournament , i.e., received from Thursday, January 21, 2010 - Saturday, February 27, 2010 11:59pm is US $80.00.

ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 11:59PM Saturday, February 27, 2010! (GMT - 7, Greenwich Mean Time). Also, note that registration fee(s) are non-refundable.

ADULT OPEN CLASS REGISTRATION

The athletes who placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each adult blue male, adult purple male and adult brown male weight division are eligible to compete in the Open Class division.The athletes who are eligible and wish to compete in this division should report to the admin table after your division is finished and the medals are awarded so that you may register.

THE FEDERATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE REGISTRATION when we reach full capacity, or February 27, wichever comes first.
